These files are zipped and in USGS DEM format (.dem). They can be imported directly into ArcView if you have the Spatial Analyst extension.

Files are compressed in .zip format.  Use a compression utility such as WinZip to decompress.  Each file is between 200 KB and 350 KB compressed, and 1 MB to 1.3 MB uncompressed.

NOTE:  We are in the process of completing the 30 meter DEM coverage for the state.  At this point coverage is about 60% complete.

Your cursor will turn into a pointing hand (on most browsers) when positioned over an available quad.
